  • Abstract
    A modular, configurable, interoperable, scalable configuration computer numerical control (CCNC) system is built and implemented that provided a way for rapid customization and development of a new CNC system by combining the advantages from the technology of component. After analyzing the key technologies of the CCNC system, such as object-oriented, component and modularization, the conception of CCNC system is proposed definitely for the first time. The model of the CCNC system has three layers which including application software, system software and hardware. The configuration of software and hardware are presented. The principles and methods those are used to divide and design the component are put forward. Finally, an example of development and realization of component is given.
