Abstract :
This paper elaborates the state of the art of the Smart Card development from the perspectives of hardware capability and features extension. It also analyses the potential improvement capability (from the new developing technologies) on the Smart Card. Lastly, we will discuss about the potential services that can be developed by MNOs through the Smart Card technology.
