Abstract :
This paper introduces the disadvantages of process control experimental systems used in the colleges nowadays, designs five-vessel liquid system to replace the original three tanks and four tanks system, exploited Oxygen absorptivity measure experimental system, and designs parameter soft measure and control experiment, and found the small distributed control system to control. The control system adopts the functional structure of ldquoprocess control multi-operator station and multi-engineer stationrdquo. This new device enables students to perform a variety of advanced process control experiments, including the soft measure technology experiment.
