At present the business of network bank in China had been popularized gradually, but there are still numerous restriction factors. This paper analyzed marketing condition and the problems in marketing management of network bank in china at present firstly, and expounded how Chinese network banks to promote their steady development and gain the initiative in the competition. On the basis of that, it put forward opinion on developing network banking in from risk management, market position, services characteristics and development mode.
