Preface

Welcome to 2014 IEEE Fifth International Conference on Communications and Electronics (ICCE), socalled IEEE ICCE 2014, which is held at Pullman Danang Beach Resort, Da Nang City, Vietnam from July 30 to August 1, 2014. This biennial event is organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Danang University of Science and Technology (DUST) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), and co-organized by the School of Electronics and Telecommunications (SET) of HUST. The conference is technically sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences - Korean Network Operations and Management (KICS KNOM), the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers of Japan (IEICE) - Electronics Society and - Communications Society, also cooperatively sponsored by IEEE Antenna and Propagation Society (APS), IEEE Photonics Society (IPC), as well as IEEE Vietnam Section and IEEE Solid State Circuit Society - Vietnam Chapter.
