Abstract :
SRD (step recovery diode) as a key component is selected for a proximity fuze impulser which is designed and simulated using ADS software and model for impulse circuit is built. Through a series of computer simulations, the key design parameters are discussed in depth, and relative experiment data, figures, tables and a series of conclusion are given.
