Abstract :
We report the significant enhancement of THz-radiation power from InAs under magnetic field irradiated with femtosecond optical pulses. The power reaches sub-mW in a 1.7-T magnetic field with 1.5-W excitation power. This is the highest average power ever achieved in THz radiation at around a 100 MHz repetition rate
