Abstract
ICT is seen as one of the elements contributing to the overall success of the educational institution. This paper outlines the process of devising the institutional instructional technology strategy, its elements, guiding principles, and critical success factors leading to implementation. Though we base main premises of our strategy on concrete examples pertaining to our University, they might be transferred to other settings, thus facilitating the process of devising and implementing a similar strategy in a different educational organization.
