Abstract
We proposed in this paper the aligning system for the sequential in-situ photo-polymerization to build the microstructures inside the PDMS-based microfluidic platform. Using the aligning system, we fabricated two example microsystems. The one is the passive microvalve for the delivery of fluid in micro scale volume, and the other is the microvalve which is responsive to the pH. The results demonstrated the feasibility that multiple structures having different structures can be built in a simple and cost effective way.
