Abstract
Methods for testing and diagnosing boards with mixed boundary-scan and non-boundary-scan circuitry have been implemented, greatly increasing the ease with which test programs are generated, and enhancing the testability of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This paper describes a set of boundary-scan test and diagnostic capabilities, and how those capabilities have been integrated into a multi-strategy test system
