  • Abstract
    A fiber-optic fluorescence thermometer using the bulk fluorescence material is a useful technique for temperature measurement in extraordinary conditions. The thin film fabrication of the fluorescence material enables the temperature mapping of an object with temperature distribution. In this paper, the fluorescence films are fabricated by various fabrication methods such as laser ablation and spin coating, and the possibility of these films as the thermometer materials is discussed.
