Abstract :
Many conferences focus on a specific discipline or subject. Specialization is important; yet HICSS has chosen to become one of the few general-purpose conferences ?? addressing issues in the areas of computer science, computer engineering, and information systems. The fundamental purpose of this conference is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, research results, development activities, and applications. HICSS brings together qualified interdisciplinary professionals in a highly interactive environment.
