Abstract :
The design and implementation of 2 current-mode neural element cells are presented in this paper, in both bipolar and MOS technologies. These cells inhabit simple structures and are extendable to large systems. They are simple to design with large input range and high linearity. They are attractive for massive implementations in large neural systems.
