Abstract :
This paper is a critical look at the revised Central City activation Law of the optimal portfolio model for the urban stereotypes matrix model. Until now this has been a reflection on the chaotic manner in which support money has be utilized and the "choice and concentration " policy used by the government to plan basic strategic measures and decide which ones to use for cities and towns. "choice and concentration " is also a term used in the field of finance and management and includes the meaning to restructure. In this paper, I would like to present various models for a revision of the Central City activation Law and make a critical analysis of the most suitable portfolio model.
