Abstract :
This paper introduces a new stylus for touchscreen devices that provides clicking, dragging, blocking, and a texture sense to improve usability. The new stylus uses an electromagnetic force generated between the built-in electromagnet of a touch pen and the magnetizable panel on the back side of the touchscreen. The variation of electromagnetic force guarantees a precise manipulation of GUI on the touchscreen device.
