Abstract :
This paper describes construction of the inverse GPS based positioning system using 2.4GHz band radio signals and fundamental experiments using wire communication to clarify the knowledge of system implementation. The reason that we use wire communication is to check the system behavior without an influence of a radio propagation noise and environment. CP-FSK is adopted to avoid the affection of the received signal´s power. In fundamental experiments, system parameters are decided by S-curve measurements. Next, adjusting of wire lengths in virtual 3D areas, positioning performance is evaluated in the virtual spaces. The z-axis error becomes larger than the x-axis error and y-axis error. We confirm that the tendency of the positioning error is similar to that of GDOP
