Abstract :
An expert teacher´s assessment of new skills can achieve a suitable total score without having to consider to every sub-item. In addition, while completing a skill assessment there are the formal weighting arrangements of every sub-item. This study proposed two new methods using the technique for fuzzy decomposition analysis, which arranges weightings, quickly and exactly. The maximum solution of the classical decomposition has characteristics of possibilities, by considering the possible weighting of every factor. The minimum solution of the classic decomposition has the characteristic of necessity, and it points out the most significant factors. Finally, this method could prospect the weighting arrangements of expert´s perceptions as well as be used as a self-analyzing tool of teachers. Based on the field tests of 31 vocational high school teachers, this study found that both the analyzing methods of classic and approximate methods could be used to evaluate a teacher, whether an expert or a beginner. The assessment analysis Website is located for use at the National Taiwan Normal University.
