Abstract :
This paper describes the behaviour of two different types of valve regulated lead acid batteries which have been exposed to environmental temperatures between 22 and 37°C and at different float voltages. Temperatures inside the batteries and float currents are monitored. Significant difference in performance have been observed between the two battery types
