Abstract
There is significant value in building and maintaining data collection systems for monitoring the beacon radar frequencies, both for new system development and for existing system troubleshooting. This paper has described the existing and proposed Lincoln Laboratory data collection equipment, and several of the tasks to which they have been put to use over the years. Lincoln Laboratory is actively pursuing funding to build the EMS, while maintaining the readiness of the existing systems for data collections until the EMS is fully operational
