  • Abstract
    In this paper, a reliable and fast emergency broadcasting system is proposed for Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) Mobile Digital Television (DTV). The implemented system can be used to provide emergency broadcasting services to all countries using ATSC as the DTV standard.
