Abstract :
The MELYSSA project is one of the most important projects of the European DRIVE II-ATT programme. This project will allow the test of a large variety of ATT (Advanced Road Transport Telematics) systems. Even though some tests will be conducted in a separate manner, the final aim of the project is to integrate as far as possible the various applications in order to build an IRTE (Integrated Road Transport Environment). With this goal, it is important to build on existing systems and techniques
