Abstract :
A video coding analyzer enables users to quickly and easily check the codec performance through a graphical user interface. To assist the standardization effort of High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC), we design an analyzer that takes the statistical data as the input and is independent of the syntax. We illustrate our design principles using the Test Model under Consideration (TMuC) for HEVC.
