Abstract :
Measures for prevention of traffic accidents in view of road-vehicle system is one of the concepts of the intelligent vehicle/highway system (IVHS). A guidelight system was developed as a traffic accident prevention safety system using infrastructure. In this paper, verification of the effectiveness of the approach using an experimental system in actual roads is reported
