Abstract
Concerns output-feedback adaptive controllers for nonlinear systems which require observers with the high gain. This may pose a problem if the measured output is corrupted by noise. In order to reduce the effect of noise a new class of adaptive controllers is proposed which uses a reduced order high-gain observer to estimate only the first r, (r\n\n\t\t
