Abstract
In this paper we propose a Self-adapting Intelligent Sensor (SIS) in order to provide the building energy saving and smart services. In order to optimize the system resources the SIS dynamically reconfigures its middleware and network topology according to environmental changes. Our proposed system reduces the power consumption of our real test bed up to 25.7%.
