Abstract :
With traffic congestion and incidents forecast to increase, and with growing interest in demand management and road pricing solutions, there is increasing awareness of the need for advanced traveller information systems. These help travellers to select routes and modes and hence minimise journey costs and delays before they set out, as well as during their journeys
