Abstract :
This paper shows the advantage of using orthogonality in code division multiple access (CDMA) cellular systems that are aided by the transmission power control (TPC) scheme through computer simulation. And the simulation also confirms that an orthogonal TPC-CDMA system using a cell configuration strategy provides reception with a lower carrier-to-interference ratio than the conventional systems can provide
