Abstract
It has been shown that chopper stabilized ΠΔΣ ADC with adaptive channel gain equalization and some time oversampling can be made robust against DC offset errors, channel gain mismatches and the Hadamard modulation level errors at the front-end. Furthermore, we show that one of the channels can be removed in this architecture which results in a M-1 channel ΠΔΣ ADC that achieves the same performance with less hardware complexities
