Abstract :
Inherent characteristic of stage BER (SBER) in successive interference cancellation (SIC) detection of V-BLAST architecture is exploited and the conventional systems are modified. In our scheme, the previous estimated symbols have more diversity and higher reliability, therefore the posterior ones can be decoded with less ISI and error propagation can be suppressed significantly. Simulation results are also provided to demonstrate that the BER performance of our modified systems can always outperform the conventional counterparts.
