  • Abstract
    A Sub-blocking with Dynamic Threshold algorithm has been developed and on the basis of this algorithm a novel examination scoring system based on multi-agent has been designed. An optimal binary threshold can be achieved by using Sub-blocking with Dynamic Threshold algorithm, and thus we can obtain the best binarized image. Experimental results show the examination scoring system is easier to identify, easier customization, faster and much efficient than the card reader machine.
