  • Abstract
    A model for off-line handwriting recognition is detailed for use in applications such as the electronic processing of forms. The system uses a set of self generating neural trees as character classifiers and fuzzy lexical reasoning to rank a target lexicon. Results are reported on a multi-author cursive names database
