Abstract :
With the continuous development of network, the damage of the public opinions spreading is expanding. It is researched that under the effect of the herd instinct, how does the process of the individuals in the network cognize the public opinions evolve, uses the coordination game with the factor of non-rational to building the model of interaction among the neighbors. It has been studied that individuals´ cognition process effect which taken by some other factors, the factor of risk and the initial preference. The results show that nonrational factor cannot change the preference of the whole population, but it can effect a part of individuals´ strategy. The factor of risk and the initial preference can control most individuals´ strategy, and have function to control the public opinions.
