Abstract :
A single-ended and a differential LNA with common-gate input stage are designed and measured. Measurements show that both LNA achieve good sufficient gain (S21) and well input matching (S11) over a wide range of frequency under low power consumption. The differential LNA uses capacitor-cross coupling (CCC) and current-reuse techniques to achieve better performances than the single-ended LNA.
