Abstract :
Boosting algorithm is used to improve the accuracy of algorithm in the learning field in recent years. It has been widely used in object detection because of its algorithm is simple, practical and implementation of high efficiency. It´s not directly to construct a high precision algorithm, but by learning the many weak classifiers to form a strong classifier, which is different with other algorithms. More and more people pay attention to image segmentation methods based on partial differential equation (PDE), due to its robustness, fast segmentation speed, high precision. In this paper, a target recognition and segmentation method is proposed based on Boosting and PDE, the experimental results show that the algorithm has higher recognition accuracy.
