Abstract :
Disposal of scraped ammunition is a high risk task. The difficulty in risk assessment is quantitative evaluation of safety index. In this paper, safety of scraped ammunition disposing system is analyzed using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Risk level is ascertained by quantitative and qualitative analysis of exiting risk. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method in this paper.
