With the computer and network technology to further the development and application of modern logistics and distribution are entering an information technology, automation, networking, intelligent stage of development. In this paper, e-commerce environment, the need for third party logistics, the logistics of the delivery vehicle path optimization problems were studied. In the reference line of predecessors cars optimization solution process, this paper adopts a genetic algorithm heuristic approach to achieve, and in the framework of genetic algorithm by adding a strong local search ability greedy algorithm using the greedy neighborhood search algorithm to establish the principle of a kinds of new genetic crossover operator a greedy crossover operator, thus improving the local search ability of genetic algorithm to achieve a rapid convergence effect.
