Abstract :
Aimed at “isolated information resources” problem Chinese mine enterprises meet in production automation construction process, this paper puts forward a platform solving strategy. It establishes a mine MES system by ArchestA architecture design method, mainly studies the integrated automation system in mine production process, analyzes its structure and functions and discusses how to take full advantage of ArchestrA industrial automation and information software architecture to integrate mine automatic control system, establish a MES system, coordinate various links in production, optimize control and carry out comprehensive management. This system takes Yunnan Chihong Co.,Ltd. Smelting Works MES system as an example to realize the optimal control, operation and management of production process and achieve remarkable application effects.
