Abstract
In this paper, a new dielectric interface treatment technique is proposed to solve curve dielectric EM problems, in which we use an average dielectric constant with area of different dielectric regions in nine spatial discrete cells to modify the update equations of electric fields. We observe that the proposed method has low numerical dispersion error, and it can use large space cells (Delta = wavelength in dielectrics/10) so as to reduce the computer memory required.
