Analysis on the requirements and characteristics of implementing scientific research quality management

Science and technology are the primary driving force for social development, which determines the prosperity of our country. With the advancement of the times, and the rapid development of science and technology, scientific research activities become increasingly important, resulting in more and more scientific research projects. Therefore, how to well manage scientific research projects and obtain high-quality achievements of scientific researches are the key problems needing to be solved by modern scientific research management. By studying the proposal and connotation of the concept of scientific research quality management, the requirements of implementing scientific research quality management are discussed, and the characteristics of scientific research process quality management are also analyzed in the paper.
