Abstract :
This paper focuses on solving the practical problems in the evaluation of enterprise informatization performance. Improving the original evaluation methods, it separates the IT input indicators from the output indicators and constructs a new indicator system from a new angle of view. First, it uses AHP to determine the weights of all indicators. And then with the aid of gray hierarchy evaluation (GHE), this paper calculates the comprehensive evaluation values of the input and output indicator system. At last, it compares six manufacturing enterprises´ informatization performance by using the method of DEA. The result indicates that this evaluation method can reflect the level of enterprise informatization performance more objectively and effectively. According to it, the enterprises can easily discover their weaknesses in the informatization construction.
