  • Abstract
Wearable electronics have been studied for the next generation mobile information terminal and bio-medical applications. Simple electronic devices were assembled on the hard or flexible PCBs, and then they were embedded in the pockets or attached on the clothes by stitching or adhesives. The hard boards were connected by the conductive yarns which are made of metal fibers as well as natural and synthetic textile fibers. All of the previous methods were bulky, and their hard plates are difficult to integrate into soft fabric. Their hardness feels alienated especially to the human skin resulting in the body incompatibility. The linear nature of the conductive yarns and yarns leads to complicated process to form the planar conductor, and easy to be disconnected or destruction.
