According to the actual situation of coal mine enterprise´s informatization construction for our country at present, This paper based on the requirement analysis of the contract management for coal mine enterprise, through analyzing the structure and functional requirements of the system and combining with the data processing flow of contract management, establish the four-layer B/S architecture based web applications. For the functional layers, using the implementation techniques of open-source frameworks which are Struts2, Hibernate, Spring, Ajax to build the contract management system based on lightweight J2EE architecture, and achieve the contract management system for coal mine enterprise in which contract management and revenue payments management are the core.
