Abstract :
A gearbox plant needs to trace to source of the quality problem of the gearbox, therefore, it grasps the assembly process of the defective parts of the gearbox and surveys and verifies the acquired tracing conclusions and then poses the specific improvement suggestions and measures. The research results indicate that the analysis on the tracing conclusions is relatively authentic and reliable and the rectification opinions accord with the assembly field and also the effect of quality problem close loop is obvious.
