Abstract :
Hybrid timing analysis combines static timing analysis with circuit simulation. It makes a good compromise between precision and run time. This paper introduces the hybrid timing analysis method, and proposes the test waveform generation algorithm for the minimum delay considering multiple inputs switchin. The proposed algorithm is implemented in SpiceTime. The experimental results shows MIS has great effect on the minimum path delay.
