Abstract :
The experiences of the foreign military powers have showed that, after the adaptation of the civil-military integration-based support configuration, the equipment support cost has been reduced and support efficiency has been improved while the military personnel have become fewer. The civil-military integration-based equipment support could provide our army a feasible way to the support of equipment, especially new kinds of complex equipment. In this study, we start by understanding the requirements of equipment support, and then analyze the source of civil-military integration-based equipment support forces. Furthermore, the force composition of equipment support is systematically studied in terms of the following four aspects: basis, principle, mode, and type. Finally, the use pattern and demand of support forces are constructed. This study provides a theoretical planning for force composition of our army´s civil-military integration-based equipment support, which would provide references on the construction of civil-military integration-based support forces for our army.
