Abstract
Standard competition is a complex process concerning a great variety of factors, distinguish of effecting degree of which is the premise and basis to establish relative strategies. A variety of factors effecting standard competition have been studied in depth from different angles. However there is a lack of systematic analysis, and most of the studies were based on qualitative analysis, hard to tell dominant and minor factors from a great deal of contributing factors. Firstly, this paper establishes a model for grey clustering assessment on contributing factors of standard competition by means of gray system. Secondly, contributing factors of the third generation mobile communication standard are analyzed under conditions of inadequate data and high uncertainty. Lastly, the paper discusses its result´s management meanings to relative enterprises and organizations.
