Abstract
Coordinated development theory is the precondition and an important portion of sustainable development theory. In this paper, several works have been done as follows: (1) An improved integrated evaluation method based on coordinated development theory was discussed, and then we estimate the developmental status of system depending on this method. (2) Coordinated development space was defined and partitioned. During the process of partition, the evaluating indicator is classified by a threshold method which makes the variance between two groups is the maximum, and lower limit of development alpha was ascertained. (3) Coordinated development radius r were defined and gained by alpha , and coordinated development spaces were established based on r. (4) Considering the indicator of each evaluated objectives, they were distributed into relevant coordinated development space and those objectives in the same coordinated development space were sorted. The method discussed in this paper can offer the plain result for estimator in order to judge the coordinated development status of system, and to establish optimum strategy for various systems. An example is given to testify the validity of this method.
