  • Abstract
    According to the human-machine system engineering theory, the reason of man-made error is analyzed. The analysis method to the man-made error is given. According to the reason of man-made error occurring, man-made error is classified. The main factors that lead to man-made error are analyzed in detail. Reliability mathematical model of the equipment human-machine system is established, which reflects the relation between human and system reliability. Effective method is provided to enhance the human reliability of complicated armament equipment system.
