Abstract :
According to the characters of synchronous emergency response for multiple disaster places, an iterative algorithm for selecting optimized emergency resources allocation scheme is established in order to keep rescue activities timely and fair, and ensure the rescue starting time in multiple disaster places can be as early as possible. Based on the research on the single disaster place, the definition on continuous feasible scheme for multiple disaster places and related properties are proposed, and the optimized scheme can be obtained through iteratively adjusting partial optimized strategy. Finally, a case study is carried on to verify the algorithm validity.
