Abstract :
Entrepreneur traits have been long recognized as an important factor which impact new venture performance. This study divides entrepreneur traits into three dimensions, risk-taking propensity, need for achievement, locus of control, analyzes the direct impact of entrepreneur traits on new venture performance.
